How do you buy tickets for Japanese baseball games?

I will be in Japan in late September and would like to go to a game but cannot figure out how to purchase tickets? Is there a website somewhere?

It depends on which team, or which stadium you want to go.

In most cases, you can just go to a stadium on the day of the game and buy the ticket unless the game is an important one.

It may be easier for you to just buy at the stadium. You have a few options, you can go to the stadium on the day of the game and buy the ticket. If you do this I suggest to go early. The outfield sells fast, because the fanatics will buy those seats. The outfield is filled with the drummers, horn players and organized sheering crowds.
I have been to Seibu Lions games and Tokyo Giants games. Tokyo Dome is also an amusement park and my kids enjoy the attractions and the game.
You can also go to the stadium the day before to buy tickets.
Buying online is difficult if you do not have a credit card issued from a Japanese bank.
If you can read and understand Japanese, you can go to a convenince store and buy tickets from the computer kiosks.
