It depends on the season of the country where you are going to. When its is summer in the country the ticket will be more expensive and when it is winter it will be cheaper.
I know because i travel alot.
Search different airlines and then compare the prices.
That is the easiest way to do it
I guess it’s JUNE. Because both of Japan and Philippines are in a rainy season. Also In Japan, summer vacation starts from July, in Philippines, school has just started in June.
Others what I guess are September and February.
In September in Japan summer vacation has just finished and it’s still in rainy season in Philippines. In February, after New Year people doesn’t have money to go abroad. ???
Air fare, I also think you’d better to check web sites.
